One of the most valuable assets of a top-ranked business school is its alumni network. The strength of the alumni community is a significant indication of a school's true brand strength in the marketplace. High alumni giving rates are the best proxy to assess both the satisfaction of graduates with their alma mater and the ultimate value of its alumni network. Investing in the Rady Fund is an investment in your degree and allows you to choose how your contribution will impact the Rady School.
There are four funds from which you can chose to contribute:
Rady Alumni Fund
Supporting the Rady Alumni Fund provides the opportunity to further the Rady Alumni Association's mission in building lifelong personal and professional relationships among alumni, students, the Rady School and business leaders through connection, community and contribution. Your contribution will help create dynamic networking events, support additional alumni programming and enhance corporate outreach, which benefits all Rady alumni.

Fellowships for the Future
Since its founding, the Rady School has been guided by visionary leadership. Help unlock the talent in future MBAs who would otherwise not be able to attend the Rady School due to financial circumstances by making a gift today. In recognition of your gift, you will receive a dedicated paver in the Rady School courtyard in a location of your choosing. Gifts to the Rady School of Management will be matched by the Foster Fellowship Challenge in support of endowed MBA fellowships. More info.
Dean's Discretionary Fund
The Dean's Discretionary Fund provides a unique opportunity to help shape the future of business education and produce the leaders and managers of tomorrow. Your investment will provide the flexible funding the school needs to implement innovative ideas, meet its highest priority needs, recruit the nation's top faculty, respond quickly to emerging opportunities and invest in areas of the highest potential.

Rady Venture Fund
The Rady Venture Fund, a student-assisted venture capital investment fund, was established to support the school's educational objectives in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation and transfer of discoveries into the marketplace. Its goal is to provide a unique, hands-on learning experience by allowing students to work with investment industry leaders to enhance student education and deploy investment capital to assist in the creation of successful companies. The fund seeks to invest in seed to early stage companies preferably located in San Diego or Southern California.
Invest in the Rady Venture Fund.
The UC San Diego Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. Your gift qualifies for tax-deduction in accordance with IRS regulations during the calendar year that you make your gift. You will receive a gift receipt for your files. Please consult your tax professional for more information.
Matching Gifts
Matching gift programs can dramatically increase the impact of your donation to the Rady Alumni Association. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that can double or even triple charitable contributions made by their employees.
Use UC San Diego's
searchable database to see if your employer is a participating company. If your company is eligible, please request a matching gift form from your employer, complete and sign it, then send it to the address below. We'll do the rest.
